Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

You will receive an email from our system with a green “Get Your Certificate” link. Click on the button and a window will open in your browser with the Completion Certificate. It’s best to save the Certificate for your records. The email will also have a link to the DRE’s eLicensing website. Click to get to eLicensing and follow the DRE steps to renew your license online.

The Department of Real Estate guidelines require us to have different questions in the final exam than questions in the quizzes.

The Department of Real Estate does not allow schools to share the final exam results from any of the courses.

Each quiz is 10 questions and you must pass with 60%.

Final exams must be passed with a score of 70%. The Final exam is timed and you are allowed 1 minute per question (Example: 30 questions would get 30 minutes. 20 questions would get 20 minutes). If you answer a question quickly, the extra time can be used on other questions.

If you fail the final exam on your first attempt, you are allowed a 2nd try. We advise you go back into the course and study a little more before attempting a 2nd time.

Students must wait 3 calendar days from the date of enrollment for First Time Renewals and 2 calendar days from the date of enrollment for Subsequent renewals before accessing any final exam. This is a DRE regulation. No restrictions on completing quizzes.

A student has two tries to pass the Final Exam. After failing the final a second time you will need to start the individual course from the beginning and complete the quizzes again.  There is no time delay, other than the time it would take a student to take the quizzes again in that individual course. This does not effect other courses in your renewal package.

You’ll have access for 1-year from your enrollment date to complete the renewal courses. After 1-year, the DRE would require for you to re-enroll into your package. If you turned in a completed course to the DRE with a Final Exam date of more than 1-year from enrollment it would be rejected.

No seat requirment! We follow DRE guidelines to make sure students are reading the material, taking quizzes, and not just clicking through the course.

DRE regulations limit final examination completion to a maximum of fifteen (15) credit hours during any 24 hour period. For example, if a student is at the max 15 credit hours in a day and finishes a Final Exam at 11:05 am, they will be able to take a Final Exam the next day at 11:06 am.

No, there is not a Final Exam covering all the courses in your package. Each course in the package has its own final exam. For example, if you complete the Contracts Final Exam that course is complete. Once you finish all the courses in your package you will be finished with the continuing education.

Yes, you can find us here on the DRE website.

Unfortunately, the answer is No. It is the student’s responsibility to renew their license with the Department of Real Estate.

Our system will send your Completion Certificate once all the courses in your package are finished.
